Scaled: 15/10 Calories at a time

Rx/Rx+ 20/15 Calories at a time

When NOT rowing,

Scaled: REST

Rx: 1 set of 10 reps (any combination of push-ups and sit-ups)

Rx+: 1 set of 10 reps (HSPU/T2B)

Goal: sub 50 minutes

Spicy: sub 46 minutes

Jalapeno: sub 42 minutes

***For a class of 8 or less: Cheese Pizza (2000 Calories)
