For those exact reasons. As overwhelming as it may seem, getting started is the toughest part. We have simplified the process for you with our Beach Body Nutrition challenge. In other words, the journey to feeling good starts with eating right. The best part is you will be doing this challenge with like-minded individuals. You are not alone, and we will keep each other accountable and motivated for 45 days.

Our nutrition prescription is not a rigid template, but simply a set of guidelines for you to make the right food choices and limit your exposure to unhealthy foods. It is NOT an all or nothing approach, but rather an opportunity to learn how to best fuel your body for performance and health. We encourage everyone to take the opportunity to learn about their bodies and what they need to look and feel their best!

Your diet may be better than most, but it can always be better. This challenge is not just 45 days of tracking food, but we will educate you on ways to eat for optimal health and performance. Participating in a challenge with like-minded people will allow you to pick up many tips and tricks to improve your diet further and get the results you’ve been chasing. Pushing yourself into new territory is always a good idea and we promise that you will come out better for it.

Also, results are measurable. This challenge allows you to see if you’re actually eating as healthy as you think you are, just by adding a minute each day to journal. The same goes for training. You can be training/exercising, but if you don’t log your results, you won’t see true progress.

Do I have to be a member of CrossFit North Atlanta to participate?”

Nope. This challenge is open to all. You do not have to be a member to participate BUT we hope you stick around after.
