WOD Level 2 Workout of the Day

Rowing Technique 101
WOD:
In any order Complete the following:
Row 2500m
Run 2500m
Trainer Notes and Points of Performance:
Ok CFNA ELITE, first pick your jaw up off the ground, and embrace your challenge today. For those who have shown up on rowing and running days for the last 3 months, this the 5K test that we have been building up to capacity wise. You you must complete 2500m before moving onto the next monostructural activity. The class will be split upon arrival during the warmup, and numbered 1 or 2. The ones will start on the row, the two's will start on the run. Good luck, and also know that if you skip, you will make this up Tuesday or Thursday by yourself.

I am still sick and have been since Friday night....I don't mind making up this one though! I love the run/row days.

awwww, man. I had a nasty dismount from a horse yesterday (I was saving a small child! Diving to help her! Honest!) so I gotta skip this one. If I need to send a picture of my busted ankle as proof I can do that.

P.S. When you really "hate" something or dread a WOD is exactly when you know you should show up and do it. Otherwise you'll continue to get better at the things you're already good at and wonder why you still suck at the things you keep avoiding.

Props to Pete Ballard, Erin Raitt, Julie Lamay, Hills for blazing the mixed 5k, and.... Dimitri for getting 19+ 2 rounds on his first ever Crossfit Wod "Cindy" Rx... The guy has a motor.
Awesome work AM and Noon class! I may join this one - if I beat ANYONE you are going way too slow and need to work HARDER!!! Keep up the momentum PM crew!
And also props to Erin Raitt's mom who showed up to jog a couple miles and ended up being thrown into the wod with everyone else!
I'll be there, hating every minute of it but I'll be there.
