Rowing Technique 101

Ok CFNA ELITE, first pick your jaw up off the ground, and embrace your challenge today. For those who have shown up on rowing and running days for the last 3 months, this the 5K test that we have been building up to capacity wise. You you must complete 2500m before moving onto the next monostructural activity. The class will be split upon arrival during the warmup, and numbered 1 or 2. The ones will start on the row, the two's will start on the run. Good luck, and also know that if you skip, you will make this up Tuesday or Thursday by yourself.
