Javier recovers before getting back to work
Level 2
A. Power Clean x1/ Split Jerk x 3- rest 2 min between efforts- increase load per set
B. Hang Power Clean Unbroken x 7 reps- 4 sets- increase load per set, goal is touch and go reps from hang- no pause at bottom of hang posisiton-
Trainer notes and Points of Performance:
Today is a pure strenght and skill day. It is dedicated to going heavy on the cleans and then working power endurance training on part B. Loading suggestions are as follows.
A. Start with 75% of your max Power Clean for set 1, and increase 5% each set. You will performa one clean and immediatley three split jerks.
B. Start with 60% of your best clean and go up 5% each set, its supposed to be done without putting the bar down.

Dalton, that reminds me of a recent conversation I had while watching a 20/20 about chimps:
Reporter: Chimps are approximately 7 times stronger than the average human.
Uncle Brian: Wow! Seven times stronger, no wonder they're so dangerous.
Me: Well, that means they are only three and a half times as strong as me.
Job well done to our ladies class who had anywhere from 15-25lb PR's... Try to top it as we have mutiple women power clean and jerking 130 for mutiple reps.
Props to Erex who is on the come back trail, and passed sister Mary today with a 5# jump like 8 weeks post prego..Step your game up CFNA, I've got women with mutiple kids who will out lift you!!!
