Buy in: In teams of 2 you will push trainers vehicle up widow maker. Rest will be time it takes for vehicle to get to starting position at bottom of the hill. Repeat total of 4 times per individual. No more than 15 minutes to execute.
WOD: 12min AMRAP
- 20 sledge hammers on right arm (left arm at top of handle)
- Sprint to main gym and complete 10 atlas stone to shoulder. Weight will be determined by trainer. If unable to get stone to shoulder, KB single arm snatch 20 reps/arm
- Sprint to bottom of hill and complete 20 sledge hammers left arm (right arm at top of handle)
- 6 burpee. Weight vest is available for CockDiesel members

- Plank hold to max effort sprint.
- *Complete 30 seconds plank hold, 30 secons sprint. Trainers choice of running, rowing, or air dyne.
- Rest 3min, 2min, 1min between bouts
