Welcome to CrossFit North Atlanta, one of Atlanta’s oldest and most established CrossFit facilities. Here, our mission is simple. We instruct and educate, you work and earn your results. We thrive on the improvements and progress of our membership, as we continue to push the limits of elite fitness.

We construct our programming and define our fitness by an individuals competency in respiratory and cardiovascular endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Looks like the T-REX is back... whiteboard says he was the only male to go sub 4 min on Isabel yesterday. nice work bossman.

Buy in: In teams of 2 you will push trainers vehicle up widow maker. Rest will be time it takes for vehicle to get to starting position at bottom of the hill.  Repeat total of 4 times per individual. No more than 15 minutes to execute. 

WOD:  12min AMRAP

  •    20 sledge hammers on right arm (left arm at top of handle)
  •    Sprint to main gym and complete 10 atlas stone to shoulder. Weight will be determined by trainer.            If unable to get stone to shoulder, KB single arm snatch 20 reps/arm
  •    Sprint to bottom of hill and complete 20 sledge hammers left arm (right arm at top of handle)
  •    6 burpee. Weight vest is available for CockDiesel members 

Cash Out: 30,20,10,

  • Plank hold to max effort sprint.
  • *Complete 30 seconds plank hold, 30 secons sprint. Trainers choice of running, rowing, or air dyne.
  • Rest 3min, 2min, 1min between bouts

A 5000lb Sequoia filled with 3000lbs of scrap building supplies, empty cans of dip, and everything ever produced with Dora the Explorer's face on it.

Speaking of faces, a smart man would go buy stock in college logo face stickers....it's football season, and the Shubert girls are ready!!!!
