- The Handstand body shape & hand placement
- Handstand Progressions: (tripods, headstands, handstands, wall walk up, kick up, front facing, back facing, free-standing, and how to bail out, walking,)
- Handstand drills: progressions, practice with partners (holds, shrugs, hand lifts, touches, etc)
- Paralettes: tuck holds, progression into L-holds, handstands on paralettes (advanced) and handstand push-ups on paralettes.
- Kipping: (body shape movements) for pull-ups, bar Muscle Ups

yay!!
Cool! I can only do a handstand against the wall (without hesitation now! Hooray!) so can I take this class? Or is it for people who are a bit more advanced?
Mai, we will cover the basics for beginners (even if you have never done a handstand) along with advanced skills and drills that you can do at home or in the gym to strengthen your handstand skills.
