You will have 15 min for each lift and only 3 attempts at a single rep max effort.
Please have your personal game plan in writing and be ready to lift.
below is generic strategy for establisihing a max load in 3 attempts
- Start with your 3 rep previous best in that lift...or more depending on how you felt warming up.
- Go for previous 1RM or increase load based on how you felt in first lift
- shoot for a new PR or appropriate jump from lift 2.
