Why should I participate?
Because these things work... they get great results. Ask ANY one that has participated in a previous lockdown.
We know what we are doing. CFNA pioneered the Paleo challenge in Atlanta. We were the first to use body composition testing to put our $ where our mouth is. Proving great results lead to us to get in the body composition business with the purchase of a Bod Pod. No other CrossFit in the country has one of these state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
I'm already working out... how is this different?
It is easy to slip into a routine. It is easy to plateau in your nutrition and training. These challenges simply create a reason to batten down the hatches and focus a set period of time. Test yourself, set short term goals to make change. Walk the line. Anyone can do anything for 45 days. We wouldn't be doing it if it didn't work.

Seems like this one is about pushing supplements
Well… it kinda is, and because you asked us to. MOST of you said you had no idea what you should be taking or where to buy em.
We have simply recommended some proven supplements THAT WILL MAKE A DRAMATIC difference in your training / daily life. We get sore, we don't PR when want to, we feel fatigued. Supplementation is proven day in and out to atheletes in every field of battle to help aid in fighting soreness, reaching heightened PRs and combat fatigue.
We picked a great brand and put some bundles together for you to test. There is really not that much more to it. We'll be sticking with the proven Advocare products - but that does not mean you have to.

That's fine! We understand if you are committed to another brand in a specific product. You can totally participate in the Champion Challenge and substitute certain bundle items with products you have been taking regularly. Each bundle has specific intent, so for the purpose of the Challenge just aim to include all the suggested products in the bundle.

Supplements?… I'm still clueless on this Paleo thing? No grain? What the #$@%!
No prob. If this is the case then, yes, the Champ Challenge is perfect for you as well. Sure we are really trying to test supplementation with this Challenge but by definition the products are "in addition to.." something. They are "supplementing" our base dietary recommendation of Paleo eating. It is the foundation and of course needs to be laid correctly.
Email Dani. Sign-Up. Attend the workshop. Start with the basics. You can add fish oil later if you want - or just stick to Paleo throughout the Challenge.
