Welcome

Welcome to CrossFit North Atlanta, one of Atlanta’s oldest and most established CrossFit facilities. Here, our mission is simple. We instruct and educate, you work and earn your results. We thrive on the improvements and progress of our membership, as we continue to push the limits of elite fitness.

We construct our programming and define our fitness by an individuals competency in respiratory and cardiovascular endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. It is by these tenants that we ensure functionality, intensity, and variety. CFNA welcomes all fitness levels, as we can accommodate any and all fitness and lifestyle goals.

Man, did 5:15 piss off the wrong people up in CFNA heaven or something? For some reason, it seems like the 5:15 class always miss out on the "fun" warmups.

Every time I see DT I have the same reaction:

Yay Deadlifts!
Yay Power Cleans!!

....ugh, Jerks :-( crap salad.

My barbell weight and finish time will be almost exclusively determined by that last movement. Good thing we're doing them since I need so much work with them!

first - kim - those shades are glorious and second - I had the exact same thought process this morning! Major thanks to Chris for pushing me to be positive and methodical with this one this morning and just get through it....definitely went a little bit sharapova on those cleans too

bartlett - i REFUSE to believe you were even remotely intimidated by that jerk weight. you are a C&J maCHINE! i'd say i'm proud of you for pushing through (okay, i am), but you're so strong overhead, i'm certainly not surprised.

however, i accept your assessment of the shades as true and accurate :-)

I believe that is the 6:15 class, with Katzie paying tribute to the great 80's band Loverboy with the headband..

It does look like the infamous Square Dance WOD of 2008.

I miss the hell out of this gym. Can't wait to bring it in hot and get back on track when I get back to Atl mid-July
