Welcome to CrossFit North Atlanta, one of Atlanta’s oldest and most established CrossFit facilities. Here, our mission is simple. We instruct and educate, you work and earn your results. We thrive on the improvements and progress of our membership, as we continue to push the limits of elite fitness.

We construct our programming and define our fitness by an individuals competency in respiratory and cardiovascular endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. It is by these tenants that we ensure functionality, intensity, and variety. CFNA welcomes all fitness levels, as we can accommodate any and all fitness and lifestyle goals.

Feed the (right) dog

Deep inside each of us live two dogs, each hungry for food. One of the dogs represents courage, and the other fear. Unless we consciously feed the dog of courage, the dog of fear will receive our unconscious energy and “food.”

“What dog you are feeding?” Our minds are energized with either courage (positive) or fear (negative), which manifest their influence in our lives in different ways. Learn to pay attention to your energy, whether it is positive or negative. 

Fear is the dominant energy in most because the outer "monkey mind" is generally negative in nature. It is constantly filled with negative programming from numerous sources—friends, family, news, TV and our own self-talk. By paying attention to what dog you are feeding, you will start to notice the patterns.

As soon as you notice negative patterns, you must immediately stop and redirect them using positive reinforcement..."ain't nothing but a thing."

Start feeding the dog of courage.
