yup... might have to hit the 715 GAM tonight... hoop and taylor are going to embarrass me on this. besides DU's this is pretty much a kryptonite workout for me

Ouchies is right! This was a herd of goats for me. Just make sure you jump 24+ inches on the box, because 23 1/2 is a recipe for a gashed and very sore knee.

Have to change up that attitude before you work out with the Fully Grown 7:15 class, T-Rex. I hate burpees like Shawn Kemp hates Father's Day, but I will suck it up and do them..
