HA! Title is great.
I wanted to congratulate T-Rex on beating me on yesterday's lift by half a pound. Didn't know we could tape quarters to the bar to win; thought there was some sort of rule about Fully Grown Crossfitters not winning by less than ten pounds. Something to work on for next time, and I am glad we left the Crossfit Kids weights out for the bench press.
What did you push Dalton? And I need a teaser on the workout tonight...c'mon!
325, and then T Rex comes in at 325.5. Not a lifetime best, but the best of this century for me. Best since the CD player was invented.
True grit was awesome this morning! Not giving any hints:)
fighting for inches, seconds and points is the essence of sport baby
Dalton a GAM goes for the "W" end of story... if I am gonna get 325 up you bet your ass I am gonna add some .25s for the lead
Neither one of us broke 300 a month ago - I'd say back to back 30lb gains is the real W... I mean 30lbs and 30.5 lbs... wrecking ball boom.
Nothing like True Grit for Breakfast at 9:45.. Good work everybody!
True Grit was awesome!!!! Don't miss this one peeps! Functional fitness for sure....and a little brainwork.....
Nice job 9:45 class!
You may be wondering why on earth Phil has a piece of paper in his mouth
It was so I didn't bite my tongue in two due to the pain!!! Good stuff.
With that said.. if you have Mouth-guards, Bring IT!! Great Pic!
it looks like a lot of walking with very light weights...not that intriguing
Dalton, you and TRex both pushed 320+? That's GAM material
thanks Bracket... if moving 600lbs a squat rack, ply box and chair for time doesn't intrigue you then I have failed
