This is a beast after yesterday's 250 air squats!
Nice work guys!! Back in the day we used to do 3 rounds of yesterday's wod....way to fight through FIVE rounds! (and for the PMers, way to do it in the rain!). Badass. Spring Break abs will be here before we know it (unless you are Will Brackett and are already in Summer shape) :)
I think SAW may have quit Crossfit because of all that math. At least at Zumba all he has to do is keep the beat....
