Habits of a Champion

Webster’s Dictionary defines a “habit” as a tendency to perform a certain action or behave in a certain way, in other words...the usual way of doing things. Each of us has tremendous potential but many fall short of who we might become. Abraham Maslow once wrote “ The story of the human race is the story of men and women selling themselves short.” First you make your habits, then they make you and unfortunately the average person settles for far less than he or she is capable of achieving.

Very easy to get to the gym lately, the way that place has been rocking with great energy and enthusiasm. It was an absolute Ladies Night in the 7:15 class, with an 8:3 ratio, thanks to Vartan's new cologne.
