<p>1. Sign up for your post-lockdown BodPod test, if you haven't done so already.&nbsp; As of this post, I don't see sign-ups for the following people:</p>

<p>2. Be sure your BodPod tester takes your "after" pictures.&nbsp; Remember, these pictures will be judged by select trainers (and ONLY those trainers!)&nbsp;for points.</p>

I will leave a folder by the sign-in computer - if you kept your food log using the paper one I provided, please leave it in the folder.&nbsp; If you kept your foodlog online, please email it to me at <a href="mailto:jessicaard@gmail.com">jessicaard@gmail.com</a>.&nbsp; Please get these to me no later than <strong>Friday, July 2nd</strong>.</p>

<h4><span style="font-weight: normal;">Shown below is a spreadsheet listing everyone that responded to the lockdown post.&nbsp; It lists the BodPod test, before pics &amp; buy-in.&nbsp; If I've received that particular item from you, the column was marked with a "Y".&nbsp; The BodPod column reflects all those individuals that are signed up for tonight's testing as well, which is when those individuals will also get their before pics.&nbsp; Please note, if you have taken your pics, and your column is not marked, this is because we are compiling a folder to store the pics in and I have not yet been able to sort through them.&nbsp;</span></h4>
