Session Enrollment
CFNA's Training and billing schedules are based on Sessions / Months. Please note that although Session start dates don't always coincide with Calendar months, we use them interchangeably. There are 12 Sessions in a year, and 4 Weeks in each session.
Class Enrollment
Members enroll in a specific class time at the start of each 4 week session, and it will not change throughout the duration of a session. Class times are subject to availability. Log into CFNA's Mindbody Online to see your class schedule.
Please email Member Service if you would like to discuss changing your current schedule and/or to see what other class times are available.
Re-enrollment
In the last week of each session we'll begin enrollment for the upcoming one. You will be automatically re-enrolled in your current class unless we hear otherwise. Class times for an upcoming session can be changed at the end of each session. This will of course depend on the availability of the class you want.
Class Credit Policy
We expect our members to make their training a priority. But we understand life happens. You have a set number of workouts a week and we'll make sure you get them all. However we do not cater to convenience, laziness or lack of compliance to the rules.
Class credits are applied to "cancelled" classes, NOT missed or "late canceled" classes. Classes must be canceled 12 hours prior to class start time and can be rescheduled. Within 12 hours of class start time is considered a “late cancel” and are not guaranteed a reschedule. This is a black and white software issue.
"Cancelled" classes are rescheduled within the session they were missed. They may roll over to the next session in special circumstances. These arrangements must be made with the business office. Talk to us - we'll make something work.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We'll do our best to accommodate schedules changes if you play by the rules. There are only two: "Cancel" the class and "Reschedule" with the office manager.
