Welcome to CrossFit North Atlanta, one of Atlanta’s oldest and most established CrossFit facilities. Here, our mission is simple. We instruct and educate, you work and earn your results. We thrive on the improvements and progress of our membership, as we continue to push the limits of elite fitness.

We construct our programming and define our fitness by an individuals competency in respiratory and cardiovascular endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. It is by these tenants that we ensure functionality, intensity, and variety. CFNA welcomes all fitness levels, as we can accommodate any and all fitness and lifestyle goals.

AMAZING RESULTS

I have tested over 10,000 people... the results from this [one month] challenge held at Crossfit North Atlanta were amazing. The participants not onlylost body fat (up to 12 pounds) but also gained muscle (lean) mass (up to 2-3 pounds)

CrossFit North Atlanta is raising the bar again. Since we first pioneered our "CrossFit and Paleo Nutrition Lockdown Challenge" we have been delivering unprecedented results for our clients. We are now taking our Elite Nutrition program to the next level.

We believe that there are three essential components to complete and overall health: Exercise, Nutrition, Rest & Recovery. Your well-being is dependent upon all of these factors, remove one, and the balance is thrown off. Our goal is to support you in all of these elements and get you the RESULTS you want.

The Prescription

Our prescription is simple: eat what our bodies are made to eat - pure food. In short, eat vegetables, lean meats, fruit, nuts and seeds, little starch, NO grain and NO sugar.  

Our Program

Our approach is once again very simple. Our staff and members work together in ongoing pursuit of the best food for optimal performance and health. We'll show you the way and help you get there - but it is ultimately up to you. 

Membership has its privileges. Sometimes folks need a little extra help, so CFNA members have access to nutrition consulting through Lockdowns, workshops, online and written food journals. Learn more...

Member BOD POD Testing

Results require an accurate measure of progress. Throw your scale in the closet... it is a worthless piece of junk. Accurate Body Composition testing is the only way to determine if your nutriton and training is working.  There a plenty of tools for determining body composition, most are crap. We use the Bod Pod. It provides the most accurate results and the best experience. The Dunk Tank is the only other comparable method but falls short in many ways... we are not big fans of sharing a bathtub with dozens of sweaty strangers that came first. YUK.

CFNA has partnered with our neighbors Body Metrics (Atlanta's #1 Bod Pod Testing Provider) to provide our clients with an all access pass to this state-of-the-art technology. CFNA memberships now include unlimited Bod Pod Testing.
