CROSSFIT WOMEN

CrossFit North Atlanta launched its "BOOTY CAMP" at the start of 2010, and it was designed to be an alternative to the CrossFit Workout of the Day. Although pushups and situps in the park is good exercise, it DOES NOT produce the results that CrossFit does.

We started incorporating proven CrossFit training elements into Booty Camp workouts unitl it was 100% CrossFit and 100% CrossFit North Atlanta.

The CrossFit Women difference? We have tailored CrossFit Women to meet the demands of your hectic daily schedule. It's ONLY women and ALL about you!

Anyone new to CrossFit or CrossFit Women must start with our 3 class starter series called ELEMENTS. In it you will learn the basic CrossFit components, nutrition recommendations and get sampling of workouts to get started right in CrossFit.
