World Class Fitness 100 Words

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

I have tested over 10,000 people... the results from this [one month] challenge held at Crossfit North Atlanta were amazing. The participants not onlylost body fat (up to 12 pounds) but also gained muscle (lean) mass (up to 2-3 pounds)

This is NOT just another workout

There are no elliptical machines or mirrors. Instead you will find chalk and stop watches. We use barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, tires and many other tools to assist you in your pursuit of truly functional fitness.

Our specialty is NOT specializing. We train all ten areas of fitness, which include Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.  We believe that to achieve true fitness one must be competent in each of these ten skills.

  • Our group classes are instructor-led and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.
  • Workouts generally last 40 – 60 minutes.  This includes warm up, stretching, lift instruction, skill development, and the WOD (workout of the day).
  • Our methods are constantly varied and unique, combining functional movements at high intensity for a comprehensive full-body workout. They combine elements of boot camps, gymnastics, olympic lifting,  weightlifting, rowing, running and much more.
  • Movements are multi-joint and multi-muscle. They are safe, effective, and are movements that radiate from core to extremity.
  • CrossFit is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience and/or fitness level.

CrossFit Training Packages

Anyone new to CrossFit must start with our 3 class starter series called ELEMENTS. In it you will learn the basic CrossFit components, nutrition recommendations and get sampling of workouts to get started right in CrossFit.

Upon completion of Elements you can start your CrossFit Training at CrossFit North Atlanta at one of the following rates.
