Putting the FUN back in FITNESS

CrossFit Kids is a unique fitness program designed for kids of all ages and fitness levels.  Providing a healthy lifestyle for our children now is essential for their well-being later.  Whether your child plays athletics or not, it is imperative they learn the proper way to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump both effectively and safely.

Kids don't like feeling like they're working.  We understand this, which is why at CrossFit Kids North Atlanta we make every workout fun.  Each class will begin with a fun full-body warmup, followed by a learned skill, a short workout, and finally a game that will encompass everything they've learned for that day.

CrossFit Kids is infinitely scalable, meaning our 5 year olds will be doing the same workouts as our 12 year olds, but with a lighter load and intensity.  The needs of all of our children differ by degree, not kind.

As our schools cancel P.E. programs while childhood obesity continues to rise, CrossFit Kids North Atlanta is here to help.  Your child will have fun, get fit, and enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

CrossFit Kids no longer look at obstacles as blocks to their progress. They see them as opportunities to apply themselves and succeed. It is rarely a question of whether they can do something. It’s a question of when they will do it. [Read full PDF article]
