Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Elements New Member Series....... $199

Elements is a 6 class CrossFit introductory series. In each 1 hour class you'll learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit followed by the workout that has everyone talking.

It is designed for everyone at every fitness level.  A new series starts every two weeks, and classes should be completed during that time. Please select a schedule that is most convenient for you.

  • Morning Classes: 6:30 - 7:30 AM  Mon / Tues / Thurs
  • Evening Classes: 7:15 - 8:15 PM  Mon / Tues / Thurs

Elements also includes a complementary BOD POD Body Composition Test from Body Metrics (a $49 value), nutritional counseling, an in-house training log and thorough discussion of your goals, strengths and issues.

Elements 1-on-1.......  $249

This is a private 1-on-1 version of our 6 class Elements series shown above. Perfect for those who would prefer some individual attention or restricted schedules. Contact Dani to purchase and enroll.

Express Elements....... $199

We offer a 2 class course for those with lifting experience but are new to CrossFit and ready to dive in! This private one-on-one test out session will consist of a CFNA intro, instruction and testing. Once this course is successfully completed, you will be ready to start your membership at CFNA. This course must be purchased along with a CFNA membership.  Contact Dani to purchase and enroll.

Extended Elements 1-on-1 Personal Training... $399

Our Extended Elements is designed for those of you who would prefer some individual attention or may need some more time to "get back in the game."  It is a 9 session package to be completed within four weeks. Contact Dani to purchase and schedule.
